MOTiiV - Designing for Scale
Intro
I was responsible for creating a cohesive brand and marketing system that could scale across multiple locations while remaining flexible for localized campaigns. My work spanned identity, campaign design, print production, and product branding, connecting everything into a unified experience. The result was a system that balanced consistency, efficiency, and real-world usability across both digital and physical channels.
Context
MOTiiV works with automotive dealerships to improve performance through training programs, marketing support, and branded tools. Their offerings help dealerships increase sales, streamline operations, and deliver more consistent customer experiences.
Problem
Dealership marketing was inconsistent, fragmented, and budget-constrained. Materials needed to be localized frequently, but without sacrificing brand quality. At the same time, MOTiiV was expanding its offerings—requiring a system that could support campaigns, education, and new product launches under one cohesive identity.
Solution
I built a modular design system and brand foundation that unified marketing across channels while enabling flexibility at the dealership level. The work spanned campaign design, print production, brand creation, and content development.
Scalable Dealership Marketing System
I designed a library of adaptable marketing templates for promotions, service offers, and seasonal campaigns. Each asset balanced flexibility with structure—ensuring brand consistency while allowing dealerships to tailor messaging to their market.
Email Campaigns
I executed targeted email campaigns promoting training programs, company initiatives, and events. Designs focused on clarity, hierarchy, and engagement—translating business goals into effective communication.
Catalog Design (Education + Promotion)
I conceptualized and designed catalogs used for educational training and promotional distribution. These pieces balanced instructional clarity with brand storytelling, reinforcing credibility while remaining highly usable.
Fuel Additive Brand (0 → 1 Launch)
I developed a complete brand identity for a fuel additive product, including logo, packaging, and experiential collateral. The system was designed to stand out in retail environments and scale across trade show applications.
Social Content & Brand Voice
I created an ongoing stream of motivation-driven social content using handlettering and photography. This work introduced a more human, relatable voice to the brand and helped grow an engaged audience over time.
