EasyPost – Brand System & Marketing Design

Intro
I led the evolution and application of EasyPost’s brand across marketing, creating scalable design systems to support a growing logistics company.

Context
EasyPost is a shipping API company that powers logistics for businesses at scale. As the company grew, marketing required a high volume of design output across digital and physical channels, from content marketing to product launches.

Problem
As demand for design increased, maintaining consistency across touchpoints became more complex. Work was often fast-paced and deadline-driven, with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Key Challenges

Role

As the Senior Graphic Designer, I led end-to-end execution of marketing design while contributing to the evolution of EasyPost’s brand system.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced environment

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support both internal and external communications

  • Leading feedback cycles and aligning stakeholders around creative direction

Building a Scalable Brand System

To support growing design needs, I helped establish structure and consistency across the brand following a visual refresh.

Visual Consistency
Established cohesive design patterns across marketing materials, ensuring a unified look and feel across digital and print touchpoints.

Templates & Design Library
Developed reusable templates and organized a centralized design library to streamline production and maintain quality across projects.

Sub-brand Guidelines
Created guidelines for sub-brands within the EasyPost ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the parent brand while allowing for flexibility.

 

Content Marketing & Demand Generation

Designed a range of customer-facing assets used to drive traffic and generate leads.

This included:

  • Ebooks, white papers, and case studies

  • Landing page visuals and downloadable assets

  • Campaign graphics for distribution across channels

These assets supported marketing initiatives aimed at educating customers and driving engagement.

 

Campaigns & Product Launches / Pre-Brand Refresh

Work created prior to new brand implementation.

Deliverables included:

Carbon Offsetting Product Launch
Led design for a multi-channel launch of a carbon offsetting feature, creating a cohesive visual system across marketing and sales touchpoints.

Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure alignment across messaging and visuals throughout the launch.

 

Multi-Channel Brand Application

Applied the brand across a wide range of formats, including:

  • Social media (carousels, motion/video content)

  • Event collateral and promotional materials

Reflection

This work reinforced the importance of building flexible systems that can scale with a company’s needs. Balancing speed with consistency was critical, and establishing reusable frameworks allowed design to support growth more effectively.
