EasyPost Brand System & Marketing Design

I led the evolution and application of EasyPost’s brand across marketing, creating scalable design systems to support a growing logistics company.

Context

EasyPost is a shipping API company that powers logistics for businesses at scale. As the company grew, marketing required a high volume of design output across digital and physical channels, from content marketing to product launches.

The Challenge

As demand for design increased, maintaining consistency across touchpoints became more complex. Work was often fast-paced and deadline-driven, with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Key challenges included:

  • Scaling design output without sacrificing brand consistency

  • Supporting multiple departments with different needs (marketing, product, HR, sales)

  • Creating cohesive campaigns across a wide range of formats

My role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, I led end-to-end execution of marketing design while contributing to the evolution of EasyPost’s brand system.

My responsibilities included:

Created guidelines for sub-brands within the EasyPost ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the parent brand while allowing for flexibility.

Reflection
